Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
3PHRAN returns/refunds/exchanges vary case by case and will be granted where required by law or explicitly stated in this policy.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges may be considered only for items received with a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error (incorrect item shipped). Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.
Approval is not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items damaged due to improper care
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without prior approval
Sizing & Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and fit details prior to purchase. Variations in fit, color tone, or texture are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs unless the error is confirmed to be the fault of 3PHRAN.
Processing Delays
Approved exchanges may require additional processing time depending on inventory availability, order volume, or operational conditions. Exchange timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Returns
3PHRAN is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to use tracked shipping when sending approved returns.
Refused or Unauthorized Returns
Any packages returned without prior authorization may be refused or discarded and will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Policy Enforcement
3PHRAN reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
By completing a purchase with 3PHRAN, customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any order-related issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks filed for reasons including, but not limited to, shipping delays, processing delays, failure to read product descriptions, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or carrier-related issues are considered invalid disputes under this policy.
3PHRAN reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks and provide order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and policy acceptance as evidence to payment processors and financial institutions.
Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting resolution may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
