All orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and operational conditions. Estimated processing times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes begin 
after an order has been processed, not at the time of purchase. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Business Vacation & Temporary Closures
3PHRAN may temporarily pause order processing due to business vacations, holidays, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances. During these periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. Notices of planned closures may be posted on the website or social platforms, but lack of notice does not invalidate this policy.

Backup Orders & Operational Delays
In the event of high order volume, supplier delays, material shortages, production issues, or other operational disruptions, orders may be delayed beyond standard processing times. These backup conditions are considered normal business occurrences and do not constitute a failure to deliver.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility
3PHRAN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost or stolen packages, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, all responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or canceled without refund, depending on the situation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
3PHRAN is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Replacement or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
3PHRAN does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including for events, holidays, or special occasions. Placing an order acknowledges and accepts this condition.

Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with 3PHRAN, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping & Delivery Policy in full.
